To Apply for Subsidized seniors housing you will need:

  • An email address to register

  • To fill out the online application

  • Upload your Notice of Assessment from Canada Revenue

  1. Download and fill out Government Subsidized Housing Application Form

  2. Gather all supporting documents: proof of income

  3. Select your top 3 location preferences on the application form

  4. Submit Application and documents via email, fax, drop-off, or mail to head office

  5. Processing time is approximately 2-4 weeks and a Leasing coordinator will contact you via phone

  6. Group tours offered when suites become available

  7. All applications are subject to approval* at the discretion of the landlord

*For Government Subsidized Housing, Trinity place foundation of Alberta adheres to the priority rating system of the social housing accommodation regulation, please note all applications are considered, and eligibility is determined based on the rating system. Applications are prioritized based on greatest need. Our list is NOT first-come first-served.

Government subsidized housing applications take 2-4 weeks for processing. Thank you for your patience.
