TPFA is a not-for-profit organization.
We manage and develop housing for low-income, independent seniors aged sixty and over. We have 18 buildings in desirable locations throughout Calgary.
At TPFA we provide homes for seniors aged 60 and over. Yes, you have to be a certain age to live here, but your life is yours. You must be an independent senior, meaning you are able to take care of your own basic needs. However, at TPFA we’re unique in the supportive services we provide to tenants. Should you need short-term support or assistance, TPFA staff is here to connect you to the community resources that will keep you living your best life with us.
“The staff here are outstanding. They help me feel safe and always a smile – this is my home... We are part of the community. ”

Tenant Resource Coordinators (TRC)
Trinity Place Foundation of Alberta properties have access to tenant resource coordinators (TRC’s) who are ready to assist when you need them. The role of our tenant resource coordinators is to advocate on your behalf and to connect you with the right community resources. Connecting our seniors to community services empowers you to preserve and promote your physical and mental health. Some examples of how we can help include:
Aiding you to navigate the healthcare system for the right services and programs.
Linking you with the tools and services to deal with the emotional aspects of aging.
Connecting you with the right community resources.
Liaising with government programs and benefits available to seniors.
The TRCs are here to connect you with the services and resources you need for healthy and happy living at TPFA. The tenant resource coordinators are available by referral during regular weekday business hours and the service is complimentary for our tenants.

Tenant Advisory committee
Here at TPFA we want to hear from our tenants to find out how we can serve them the best we can. We created a tenant lead committee that acts as a form for tenants to raise broad issues in relation to housing policy and service delivery. The committee is one of the ways we reach out to our tenants and the tenants reach out to us. If you would like to become a member of the committee and are a tenant with us, please contact the main office.
Social Clubs
Good neighbours make a community a great place to be. We encourage tenants to get involved and take an active role in social events in their building. Many properties have social clubs with regular events and activities happening at the building with lots of opportunities to socialize with neighbours.
