This is a form of affordable housing where the rent is lower than the actual market value. Rent is set at 10-20% below the local average market rent for the type of housing or unit size. For the properties below, rent varies between $900-$1200 per month depending on the suite.

Trinity Place Foundation of Alberta is responsible for operating this 70-suite Supportive Living Level 4 (SL4) building for individuals focused on Mental Health and Addiction, who are unable to access traditional housing. The facility is opening late Fall 2022. We provide housing and support services to tenants and apply a harm reduction philosophy model. By Alberta Health Services (AHS) Referral Only.

Trinity Place Foundation of Alberta (TPFA) is responsible for operating this three-storey, 70-suite facility that accommodates men and women 55 years of age or older who are unable to access traditional seniors housing. The facility was opened in the spring of 2005 and is the first of its kind in Calgary. We provide housing and support services to residents and apply a harm reduction philosophy model. An innovative partnership with the Alex Health Care Centre enables us to provide medical services and supports, 55+ by referral only.
