Our Locations
Trinity Place Foundation of Alberta provides apartment and studio-style accommodation to low- and moderate-income independent adults aged 60 and over. We have 20 locations all around Calgary. 16 properties are government subsidized, 2 are below market and 2 are supportive living facilities for a total of 1744 units. Each building offers unique features. See below for all the details.
Government Subsidized Housing
Affordable housing where the rent is subsidized by the Government of Alberta to ensure affordability for the household. This means rent is set at 30% of the household income regardless of the size or location of the suite.

Trinity Place Foundation of Alberta (TPFA) is responsible for operating this three-storey, 70-suite facility that accommodates men and women 55 years of age or older who are unable to access traditional seniors housing. The facility was opened in the spring of 2005 and is the first of its kind in Calgary. We provide housing and support services to residents and apply a harm reduction philosophy model. An innovative partnership with the Alex Health Care Centre enables us to provide medical services and supports, 55+ by referral only.
