Our Senior Leadership team is comprised of several experienced operations experts. Jennie Deneka is our Chief Executive Officer, Rebecca Li is our Director of Finance, Paul Dhaliwal is our Director of Operations for our Harm Reduction Properties and Brenda Elliott is our Director of Operations for our Government Subsidized properties. Our Board
Our board is made up of 9 volunteers from a variety of industries with a passion for serving our seniors. Patricia Poulton is our interim Chairperson. The Board is responsible for the highest level of decision-making and legal authority in the organization. Our decision-making model is based on the understanding that everything we do should be for the benefit of our tenants.
