Specialized Supportive Housing for Mental Health & Addictions. Trinity Place Foundation of Alberta is responsible for operating this 70-suite Supportive Living Level 4 (SL4) building for individuals focused on Mental Health and Addiction, who are unable to access traditional housing. We provide housing and support services to tenants and apply a harm reduction philosophy model. By Alberta Health Services (AHS) Referral Only.
